From the City Centre follow the R105
along Amiens Street and North Strand.
Continue on the R105 crossing Ansley Bridge at Fairview, keeping
Fairview Park to the right hand side continue past the turnings
for both Malahide Road and Howth Road.
Continue under the old stone railway bridge on to the sea
front (clontarf Road).
Continue on the sea front past "The Yacht" public
house, passing the turnings for both Seaview Ave and Hadden
Rd.
Turn left on to Castle Ave and taking the second left on to
Kincora Ave.
The Clontarf Holistic Centre Clinic is approx. 100mtrs along
on the right hand side.
